With our PPC model, you receive the consistent, compassionate care you deserve—at a simple, affordable monthly rate.

At Arukah, our Nurse Practitioner doesn’t just write prescriptions and rush you out the door. Instead, we blend the best of traditional medicine with natural, functional approaches — With this unique model, patients enjoy direct access to their provider, which includes a wide range of primary care services—no insurance needed.

Our 12-month membership gives you full access to our naturally minded Personalized Primary Care. From yearly wellness visits, medication management, acute care visits, rapid testing, to telehealth, supplement and service discounts, and patient portal, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.

Because you were meant to THRIVE, This 12-month membership includes everything from our Personalized Primary Care, but takes you further—with deeper support, more time, and a more personalized approach to your health. The Arukah Journey
The Arukah Journey is a 6-month experience designed to uncover the root of your health concerns and guide you toward lasting change—with real support every step of the way.
You’ll begin with a Comprehensive Nutritional Evaluation with our Natural Health Practitioner/Functional Nutritionist, giving us a full picture of your health. From there, you’ll receive 4 focused follow-up visits, 3 lifestyle coaching sessions to turn goals into daily habits, and an Arukah Wellness Panel (functional bloodwork). You’ll also enjoy a 10% discount on supplements and 25% off two IV Hydration Therapy sessions.
It’s a complete framework to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered—without the primary care component. The Arukah Journey is $399 down and $169 per month for 6 months.
