Judy Franks brings a compassionate, grounded approach to counseling that blends deep listening, practical guidance, and a whole-person perspective. Hybrid Care: In-Person & Virtual
To best serve our community, counseling at Arukah is offered in a hybrid model:
- In-person sessions available once every three months
- Virtual sessions available the rest of the time for flexible, convenient care
This approach allows you to receive consistent support no matter your schedule or location, while still offering the option for face-to-face connection throughout the year.
**This offering is for primary care—not full functional medicine—but we approach it through a functional lens, with a focus on root causes, prevention, and whole-body wellness.

Our 12-month membership gives you full access to our naturally minded Personalized Primary Care. From yearly wellness visits, medication management, acute care visits, rapid testing, to telehealth, supplement and service discounts, and patient portal, we’re here to walk with you every step of the way.
**Our Direct Primary Care Practitioner is currently seeing patients on select days each week, with availability expanding as her schedule grows.

Thrive Elite
Discover what’s possible when your care is personal, intentional, and truly holistic. Thrive Elite is a six-month wellness journey with Alexis Manning, CNP, Functional Nurse Practitioner at Arukah Functional Wellness, and does not include primary care. Together, you’ll uncover the root causes of imbalance and create a clear, sustainable plan to restore energy, balance hormones, improve digestion, and help your body heal the way it was designed to.
Your program includes a comprehensive exam, five follow-up visits with Alexis, two functional nutrition visits, six life-coaching sessions, two Arukah Wellness Panels (functional bloodwork), and two IV therapies at 25% off, plus 10% off supplements for the duration of your program. From there, you’ll receive 4 focused follow-up visits, 3 lifestyle coaching sessions to turn goals into daily habits, and an Arukah Wellness Panel (functional bloodwork). You’ll also enjoy a 10% discount on supplements and 25% off two IV Hydration Therapy sessions.
It’s a complete framework to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered—without the primary care component. The Arukah Journey is $399 down and $169 per month for 6 months.
